Smafolk has arrived

Hope you are all having a good week.

We have just received our Smafolk winter stock......Smafolk is one of our favorite brands. ( we are not meant to have favorites.....but we just love the prints and styles!)

Smafolk has produced a fantastic range of clothes for autumn winter this year. We have everything ranging from tights, socks, tops & body suits.

The Butik visits Copenhagen!

The butik team have just returned from a very cold visit to Copenhagen. We have found some fantastic new brands that we hope to launch very soon. We are also very excited to receive our Smafolk stock this week, watch out for it on the site!

Smafolk is a very well know brand in Denmark
and has fantastic brightly coloured clothes to brighten up those cold dark winter days!

A question for you guys?? - When we are in Denmark over the winter season we are always
wondering if parents in the UK would be interested in buying snow suits. In Denmark as soon as it gets colder all the kids get into warm waterproof suits. Please let us know if you would be interested and we will look into it.

Finally we thought we would introduce you to the newest member of the butik team, Rosie.
She is a 10 week old cocker spaniel although she is not much use at the moment we
hope with a bit of training she will be packing parcels!

Scandinavian kitchen

Another mention for the butik from our Scandinavian friends! this is a fantastic little deli/cafe/groceries shop in London ( Great Titchfield Street near oxford circus) you can get some really lovely food from Denmark, Finland, Sweden & Norway..Yum. 

Give it a go... you will see that there is more to Danish cuisine than just Bacon & Danish pastries!

MUMS ROCK!

So the butik has been live for 2 weeks and things are going pretty well, we are now concentrating on the exciting new products we are going to feature for spring summer 2010!

Welcome to the butik

Welcome to the butik's first ever blog.
the website is launching on the 17th September, just a few days until you can get your hands on our lovely Danish children's clothing, products & accessories.
The butik team have been working like crazy to have the website up and ready and we are really proud of how it looks, thank you to everyone that helped us along the way!

We have some really exciting collections to show you this season, we are always on the look out for new and exciting Danish brands to have as part of the website big or small we would love to hear about it!
We have popular Danish company Ida T joining us at the end of September and in November we will be launching the Smafolk winter collection.

So now its time to start thinking about Spring Summer 2010!
